Donald Trump
#71
Some might think I really despise Donald Trump by my critical posts about him and his administraton. Not so

Angel

I believe that Trump is just incompetent and unfit for his position as PotUS through no malice on his part. He isn't that smart as he boasts he is or he would learn as he governs. I firmly believe in the Peter Principle for corporations and business, and that it applies to Trump as a Prime Example.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_principle

Quote: It states that the selection of a candidate for a position is based on the candidate's performance in their current role, rather than on abilities relevant to the intended role. Thus, employees only stop being promoted once they can no longer perform effectively, and "managers rise to the level of their incompetence".

Trump was OK as a reality TV host. He did fine as a businessman with the money he inherited and he made a lot of money through litigation, skating the codes, and tax manipulation. Which is fine and normal. Then he became a political figure and he *excelled* at pointing out the flaws in our system.

That's it. But Trump is no leader of a great nation. He has none of the qualities of the men who governed before him. He appears lost and he listens to no one probably hoping to slide through the next 3 years.

But it's time for Trump to recognize he is out of his depth and resign. He can always blame his health. Or he can take the consequences.

All of these men had severe faults. But this jackass is about as smart as Ronald in his last few months of office when he was no longer coherent. But at least Ronnie was well liked and he won the Cold War - not supported by the Kremlin who plays him like a violin .. Tricky D was a good politician and he opened trade with China; not laughed at by China who's best friend IS North Korea (guess why they are developing nuclear tipped weapons so quickly). Nixon was just stupid and arrogant and that is why he was impeached - the exact same flaws as the Donald duck. Bush was pretty stupid but at least he learned how to make a coherent speech.

This guy is too stupid to learn and to proud to ask for help. He is a hopeless mess. He has risen to well beyond his level of incompetence.

What do you think about the latest comment about Haiti and African countries being "$h!thole countries" ?

He should be president of the KKK. A genuine white supremacist. I don't think any people from Norway want to come here and live under his broken administration.

And of course his shrinking base of stupids are applauding the clown because they are just like him.

There are rumors that Trump is soon going to authorize orders to pull out of NAFTA, also.

He was elected on all these premises. People knew he was a white supremacist before he even took office. People also knew he was a creep; he was caught on camera saying horrible things about women. Now they are saying he paid six figures to a porn star to keep quiet. The man is gross. He is an example of humanity at its absolute worst. To see him in charge of the most powerful and influential country in the world is downright scary. Yet here we are. I can only imagine what it must feel like to be living in the USA right now. People say Trump is unpredictable. That's not how I like my government. I like my government to be stable and rational. Living under such a maniac must be very unsettling for a lot of Americans.

What is even more scary is that more than 50% of Americans wanted this. And Bush Jr. Twice.

Not true. Hilary won the popular vote but lost in the Electoral college because she neglected the rednecks in the rust belt.

More than 50% of Americans did not vote for this Trump Clown; the majority voted for Hilary. And Bush Jr was elected 5-4 by a political Supreme Court miscarriage of justice in another clown show.

Remember that fact. Less than half of us Americans are brain damaged or hateful against minorities and bitter against everything so they want to break the system. Well it is broken now and they will also reap what they sow when the economic bubble bursts. And then of course, they are SO frickin' stupid they will again blame the Democrats and the minorities for Trump's stupidity and utter failure to do anything positive.

Fair enough. But it was *close* to 50%. Certainly a very large number of people.

Way less than 33% of American voters. 42% of the voters stayed stayed home. Only 58% of the registered voters voted for Trump OR for Clinton - with some write-ins and for alternate candidates.

That means that 26.9% of the American voters cast their vote for Trump and 27.1% of voters voted for Clinton.

And I would say that Trump has lost ALL of the supporters that aren't also bigoted @$$holes like him. These Americans were genuinely fooled by this entertainer and wanted an "outsider" - but many of them realize they made a mistake.

Trump is a minority president that has almost no supporters left - but they are led by the FOX network, and somehow this group of stupids has terrified the Republican party into supporting a moron they also mostly hate.

Interesting. It just goes to show how important it is to vote. Isn't voting mandatory in Australia? I'm starting to think it should be mandatory everywhere.

It's a lesson for Americans. If just 3 or 4% more Americans turned out to vote, this clown would be back in Trump tower, criticizing Clinton's administration.

Most Americans believed - like Germany did about Hitler - that this crap could never happen. Well, it did and now we have garbage sitting in the White House.

The next US election is going to be very telling. It's either going to be very good, or very, very bad.

Trump still has three years left to actually do something. If his insane shenanigans can actually benefit the USA in some way, he has a chance to be re-elected. In fact even if he doesn't, he could win again. You just never know. Bush Jr. won twice. :cthulhu: :cthulhu:
