The Mystery card is revealed.

And it's the same performance as the Red Devil RX 480 (with a 50MHz clock bump) ...

LOL! at the size of the thing for 1060 level performance!
Adam knew he should have bought a PC but Eve fell for the marketing hype.

Homeopathy is what happened when snake oil salesmen discovered that water is cheaper than snake oil.

It's also posted to Reddit and the Nvidia fans are already complaining about the title

I'm curious as to how well the card keeps its lead if you swap the 1060/3gb for a 1060/6gb with extra shaders and ram.

It won't.

And we'll see if the performance lead changes when the overclocking showdown is run next week.

Are you going to test the card at AMD reference clocks? Apparently the factory overclocks allow the card to avoid power throttling that the reference cards would encounter.

No. The PowerColor card won't throttle at any clocks. Its cooling solution is absolutely overkill.

The very best test is for me is to overclock the RX 570 and the GTX 1060/3GB as far as they each will go.

This will be the follow-up review after I post the SmartDesk review - both scheduled for this week.

No wonder all the review sites ended up with this particular RX 570. AMD is being very cute trying to hide any throttling in initial reviews. Purchasers will only discover it after they purchase all the cards that are nowhere near as beefy as this cherry picked beast.

Don't the fanATIcs love to rail against nvidia for supposedly cherry picking? It's certainly been an argument of theirs in the past.....

Was the Red Devil RX 470 the only card that AMD sent to reviewers?
