3 New Games on SHIELD and GeForce Now for Halloween!
SHIELD Tuesday features 3 new games that are perfect for Halloween Gaming.

The Park is FunCom’s stand-alone psychological horror experience that is set in an amusement park in The Secret World universe. The Park, which released on all platforms today, is the first title to be offered on the GeForce NOW store the same day as it is offered on other platforms.   As a stand alone expansion for PC, it costs $12.99 and can be purchased for ten dollars for its launch at GreenManGaming and at other etailers.park

The Park is a one to two hour long first-person psychological horror experience focusing on exploration and storytelling that is inspired by a setting within the MMO, The Secret World.  If you are a regular player of this game, The Park includes unique in-game items that can be applied to one The Secret World account; the Killer Chipmunk outfit and additional useful talismans.

Layers of Fear, the surprise psychological horror hit that has you explore an insane painter’s memories to discover the secret of his madness, has also been added to the GeForce NOW store.

Both purchases also include a Steam digital download key.

Nvidia has also added The Vanishing of Ethan Carter Redux to the SHIELD membership library. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter Redux is an Unreal Engine 4 remaster of the original PC game and is free for all members.

Happy Halloween and Happy Gaming!!
It looks like reliable WiFi has moved into my area. I might get a lower tier plan so I can do some gaming, and keep Excede satellite as a back-up and for superfast D/Ls for 5 hours a night

That's awesome! Which plan are you going to use? Unlimited bandwidth will be great for you.

It's always unlimited, they price based on the speed needed. Since my satellite provides 12Mbps down for 5 hours (2.2 MB per second), and it costs me about $60 a month, I would pick this plan just so I could enjoy online gaming

Premium Plus Service provides speeds of 3 megabits download and 2 megabits upload - which is equivalent to cable internet speeds for $69.95 per month. Recommended for multiple user households.
I'd be paying $130 a month for decently fast service with good ping 24/7.
I wonder what kind of pings you are going to get though, it might not be good enough for online gaming.
It is supposed to be very good for online gaming

Still stuck on ADSL1 speeds here, around 8000 kb/sec.  The NBN still isn't in my area, maybe by this time next year it will be.

It isn't that slow. How fast will it be next year?

And is your bandwidth unlimited?

I guess it's called, progress

3 times faster, but now limited and more expensive.

My satellite ISP is the extreme.  It's like using a cup to drink from a fire hydrant.  I can use all of my bandwidth for a month in an hour

I will like unlimited bandwidth, even if it is slower.  And I still plan to keep satellite and use wi-fi together for better reliability after BTR grows.
Well, it will be twice faster. You'll be able to D/L the same amount of data in half the time.

What kind of bandwidth cap and charges will come with the upgrade?
apoppin I think you should either get the top wifi plan and cancel your satellite service, or else get the cheapest wifi plan and keep the satellite. Personally I would choose the first option. It will cost a little more but you will have a fast unlimited connection. Isn't downloading in the middle of the night a pain? How can you schedule steam downloads? Don't you have to do it manually?
